Jennie F. Harripersade is the Fincher Denmark & Williams' personal injury paralegal and case management specialist. Her firm responsibilities include case management, settlement negotiations, complex litigation and marketing.

Ms. Harripersade's extensive legal and litigation experience spans over a thirteen year period and includes areas such as criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, general civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Ms. Harripersade is well versed in civil and criminal court rules and procedures in Tennessee and Georgia. She also has extensive working knowledge of Tennessee and Georgia insurance law.

Ms. Harripersade served in the United States Army on active duty as a radio and telecommunications specialist. She was stationed stateside and in Europe. During her service she was deployed to Turkey during Operation Bright Star and with NATO's IFOR on special operations in Bosnia. Ms. Harripersade received several medals and commendations during her time in service, including the Army's Meritorious Service Medal for her role as Battalion Communications NCOIC during her deployment to Bosnia.

Ms. Harripersade received her B.S. in Business Management from Georgia State University. She is an aspiring poet with one published work and a long time member in good standing of The Order of the Eastern Star. Ms. Harripersade is active in her church and community and the proud mother of a three year old daughter and four year old son.
