FDW utilizes the services of Marshall Mitchell & Associates (MMA), a firm specializing in management and financial consulting services, to help our clients with strategic planning and business developement. MMA also assists FDW with research of matters that have financial impact on client litigation claims. MMA has been instrumental in assisting FDW to bring many successful outcomes for our clients, including the preparation of successful applications for federal and state grant funding.

The firm is managed by Marshall Mitchell. Mitchell recieved his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennesee and later passed the CPA Exam in Georgia in 1973. He is the former Chairman of the Georgia State Board of Accountancy, and participated in activities of Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for many years.
