The experience of FDW enables us to serve our clients' needs without seeking outside bond counsel. We have been involved in over five hundred million dollars of public facilities financing, are members of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and are listed in the Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace ("Red Book"). We have served as both issuer’s counsel and local counsel and, in doing so, we have been responsible for property acquisitions, contract negotiations and stewarding, as well as project financing through bond and equity markets.
